Get in touch
Get in touch
If you are considering therapy and would like to enquire, you are welcome to get in touch.
Whether you are seeking trauma treatment, a psychological assessment, a single-session consultation, or would simply like to discuss whether this feels like the right fit, I will aim to respond in a clear, professional and thoughtful way.
Making an enquiry
You are welcome to make contact by email, telephone, or by using the contact form.
At this stage, you do not need to provide a detailed account of what has been happening. A brief outline of the reason for your enquiry is sufficient.
If helpful, you may wish to include:
- the type of support you are looking for
- whether you are seeking in-person, telephone, or video appointments
- whether you are enquiring as an individual or through an occupational health or organisational referral
- any practical questions about availability, fees, or location
Appointments and format
I offer:
- In-person sessions
- Telephone consultation
- Video consultation
Where clinically appropriate, I place particular emphasis on in-person sessions, especially for trauma-focused work.
Blue-light and occupational health enquiries
Some blue-light services hold occupational health contracts with me for therapy and related support. Where this applies, referrals may be made through the relevant occupational health pathway.
For serving and retired police officers whose occupational health department does not hold a contract with me, discounted rates are available.
If your enquiry relates to an occupational health arrangement, organisational referral, workshop, consultancy, or team support, please indicate this when making contact.
Fees
| Trauma Treatment | £150 per one-hour session |
| Psychological Assessment | £200 for up to two hours |
| Single-Session Integrated Therapy | £250 per session |
| Telephone Consultation | £125 for up to one hour |
| Video Consultation | £125 for up to one hour |
Discounted rates are available for serving and retired police officers where occupational health funding is not in place.
I work in comfortable shared practice rooms in the centre of Rugby. Parking is available nearby in council car parks or on-street pay and display.
Contact form
Use the contact form below for the initial enquiry. Please include only the information you are comfortable sharing at this stage. Please tell me on the form when it is okay to telephone you or if you prefer only email contact initially.
What happens next
An initial enquiry provides an opportunity to discuss what has brought you to seek support, what you are looking for, and whether this feels like the right fit.
Confidentiality and urgent support
Please note that email and contact form enquiries should not be used for urgent or emergency support.
If you need urgent help for your mental health, the NHS advises seeking immediate expert advice and assessment. You can contact NHS 111 for urgent mental health help, or call 999 if there is an immediate risk to life.
